OK, looks like a mismatch between the late model pulley (timing mark at 10
o'clock) with the early model timing cover (marks at 6 o'clock). Which one
represents the vintage of the rest of the motor probably needs to be
determined. I strongly recommend getting some reference books to sort this
out.
