  You don't.  I towed my B fron TX to NH and back with all four wheels
down and left the driveshaft in it.  Drove some doomsayers on the list
nuts!  I've corresponded with lots of other B owners who've done the
same, to different locations, of cuss.  Now that I have the OD tranny in
it I might be more conservative, tho.
