On my '69 B/GT, inside the distributor the bare copper "earth lead" on the moving contact breaker plate looks really fragile and thin. I often wonder if it will cause a weak spark at the plugs. Should I take the time to replace this wire w/ another thicker wire. It appears that one end is soldered and/or stamped onto the breaker plate. What do you suggest here? -Kent /// or try http://www.team.net/cgi-bin/majorcool /// Archives at http://www.team.net/archive |
