Coil Markings

Hi,

Doing yearly service on my 74 1/2, and I'm replacing the coil.  The old one 
and the new one are made by Lucas, but the old one says 15P6 on the top 
while the new one says 11R12.  I'm wondering if I'll run into and problem if 
I swap them?
