Will a 74 engine fit a 77B?

Greetings all,

I have a 77B with no engine.  I did not plan on looking for an engine for a
while, however, I have stumbled across a 1974 1800cc MGB engine.

Being new to the hobby, my main question is will this mount with little
trouble. By the way, I do still have the 77B transmission. Will it "mate" up
OK as well?

Any input is appreciated.
