Are you saying that only the threads are left in the head and the entire
ceramic portion is out as well?
If so, take a small (1/4" ) cold chisel and see if you can unscrew it by
chiseling on the remaining piece. You will want to soak it in penetrating
oil and stuff a small rag down the hole into the cylinder.
You may have luck at this: If the threads are steel (I think they are) and
you have access to a welder, try welding a bolt to the remaining thread. The
heat will help loosen it and now you have a hex to grab on to. Anybody else
try this before??
Worse comes to worse you pull the head and drill it out.
