MG TF replica or?

I've just found a site with a TF replica on it does anyone have any info
on it ,is it still available either new or used?The part that got me is
it uses the MGB as a donor,complete drivetrain,suspension,etc.I would
really like any info on this car ,i've been trying to sell the wife on a
TD but no luck,maybe this kit would be cheaper?She thinks i have to many
