Cylinder pressure, yes, definitely.  But rise time?  Are you implying that
different rise time can somehow have the effect of causing the voltage to
go higher after the spark starts to flow?  Or that it somehow causes the
voltage to go higher before the spark starts to flow?  Either of these
things strikes me as counter-intuitive.  Once the spark starts the
resistance drops dramatically, which is why the voltage goes no higher.
Increased energy available from the coil would then cause a higher current,
but not a higher voltage.

I really hate to say this, but explain please?
