Whoa dar Blake,

  In what context is the anomaly explained?  Running in an engine
initially tuned for straight gasoline or one tuned for the gasohol mix? 
Or could it be talking about one of those multi-fuel jobs GM put out
that senses the fuel type & adjusts accordingly?
