I should have mentioned previously to go under your car and locate the
little rubber ball with a split in it at the end of the rubber tube that
comes down from the vent air intake. Usually that is clogged. It can be
unclogged with compressed air from the bottom, although that creates a plume
of (stuff) that covers car and all standing around. Or you can dig it out,
hoping to dodge the efflux when it finally lets go. After it is clear, a
blast from the garden hose down the vent intake will keep it fine.
