Hi Folks,

Another question if you guys could advise please?

I have just had the front disks replaced on my 73 BGT 1800 - together
with new pads.

The front right side makes a constant noise when I drive and rises in
line with increasing road speed (not engine speed)-

I jacked it up to check if the wheel bearing was failing but it looks
like the noise is coming from the pad(s) rubbing. The bearing itself
feel fine. The calliper has seized before and I wonder if the noise is
caused by the pad not releasing properly when the brake is removed. The
noise disappears when I apply the brakes!

Does this make sense ?

If so I will go for exchange callipers (both sides)

Thanks

David
