So no basements, I assume. Probably just as well - you'd have alligators 
taking up residence.  So tell me - how do you keep LBCs from becoming lumps 
of mildewed leather and green chrome (especially if it is Moss chrome, which 
would rot if kept hermetically sealed in the middle of the Sahara)?
