If you are going to mix them then save yourself the effort of buying the
Loc-tite and just throw that money into the trash can instead. Same net
result less time invested. :-)
Loc-tite is glue, glue for metal yes, but glue.
Anti-seize is a lubricant (of sorts, no flames please)
How well do you think glue will stick if you put a lubricant on the surface
you are trying to glue?
The surfaces that are being Loc-tited need to be clean.
You have a decision to make, do you want to Loc-tite the caliper bolts or use
anti-seize.
The pros for anti-seize is the next time you remove the caliper it will come
off easily.
The pros for Loc-tite is if the lock tabs fail the Loc-tite will keep the
bolts in place (kind of a belt + suspenders idea)
IMHO (assuming you use lock tabs correctly) go with anti seize. If you are
going to leave off the lock tabs (not a good idea IMHO) go with Loc-tite.
