Was thinking about the battery post corrosion problem and wondered if you have tried taking the battery out of the car and then giving it a good bath in baking soda and water? Do the same for the cable end that is giving you the problem (soak it in a cup of same mixture while you work on the battery). Clean the posts and clamp as you normally would and reassemble with a set of the red and green no-corrosion pads. Might be worth a try... regards, Matt |
