The 45D4 was used with the same 12v coil as the 25D4 in certain years, but
the dwell angle was always 51 on the 45D4 and 60 on the 25D4.  Info from the
Leyland Workshop Manual.  Maybe it's something to do with the cam profile.
Maybe something to do with the progressive emissions regulations that were
forced upon the factory.
