  I have owned CB Bs with both the Weber DGV (which ran perfectly right
out of the box) and well set up SU HIF-4s.  I believe the SUs produce a
tad more power on top end and have better throttle response than the
Weber.  Can't prove it but that's my $.02. 

  Besides, refurbishing and learning to set up a pair of SUs correctly
gives one a real sense of accomplishment. ;^)
