Hi Rob,

  The '70 B I used to have had a right-side mirror mounted about half
way up the fender from the door.  Its mounting to the fender was spring
loaded and was sorta "S" shaped so the mirror projected out to the right
a few inches.  I found it to be quite useful.  Haven't seen one like it
since.
