Andy,
Last weekend I redid the charcoal canister in my '77B (new charcoal from pet
supply store fishtank section). There was a lot of overspray on the canister
but it all came off when I scrubbed it my cleaning tank that contains Castrol
Super Clean, which is bio-degradable and water soluble.
