Hi Scott,
Thanks. Probably the main reason that this car is so free of rust is that
it received an excellent job of undecoating when it was first delivered
(Florida, 1977). I looked at the rear of the wheelwell and saw no such panel.
Guess I need to do a little scraping. Thanks again.
