Argh...I'm stymied. MOWOG is winning today, but only for now.
I need to clean/paint the parts and let them dry overnight anyway....
The front eyebolt on the right-side spring doesn't want to come out. It
turns, but all manner of pounding and prying isn't making much headway. I
went on to removing the shackle when it wouldn't move, thinking the free
spring would help, but alas, no.
The left side came out fine and that side is in place and waiting for it's
twin to cooperate.
Any ideas short of C4? Should I get a torch or am I just not using the right
'finesse'? (maybe just more of the BFH method?)
