Hi Bud,

  IN my experience, no matter what part of the country you're in, an
A'zone counter person can look up your warranty info in their DB (all
they need is your phone #) and replace a failed part on the spot, if
they have it in stock.  If they don't have it they can usually get it in
within two working days.  I got new plug wires for my MH in Nashville
last month in just this way.
