May I assume we are talking about a B? On my '73 it's near the wiper motor on
the passenger side, under the dash. It has the standard two prong "L" shaped
connector, although, as I recall, the flasher looks a bit different than a
domestic one. I just tried to take a peek, but the A/C evaporator I installed
three years ago is in the way. I hope my flasher lasts a long, long time.
By the way, I bought a little Sonalert module and wired it across the flasher
a few years ago. It beeps when the turn signals are on (actually, the off part
of the cycle) and helps me to not leave them on if I don't turn tight enough
to automatically cancel them. I call it a "geezer preventer".
