Hmmm, unless you went to see the car and determined that it didn't
run, or was poorly done, or etc; it seems to me that you're jumping to
conclusions.

  I'll agree that some swaps don't work out for the best. I've done a
few. On the other hand, some do.  As far as what a person does with
his/her car; that's their business.
