Recently purchased some of those chrome mesh headlight guards at a swap =
meet. They were complete with the two sets of mounting clips, but no =
instructions. I have removed the chrome trim ring, and immediately see =
two sets of screws which are potentials for mounting. First is the =
three screws which hold the headlamp bowl in the fender. Second are the =
three screws that hold the sealed beam in the bowl. Neither seems like =
a perfect choice.
Anyone out there installed these things? Which set of screws are =
appropriate? Any hints?
