Gary,

B's fuse box is in the engine compartment on the passenger side of the car - 
it is against the side and is about half way, front-to-back - right across the 
street from the distributor.

Replacing the fuse box is not a bad idea if you suspect problems there.  I 
agree with others who have expressesed the sentiment that you are better off 
replacing the fuse box that trying to clean it.  IMHO, relative to potential 
probles/inconviences, it is cheap enough!  Make sure to disconnect the battery 
and cleans the female connections onto the fusebox.  BTW, the fusebox is held 
on by a single bolt smack dead center on the fusebox.  Consider yourself lucky 
if you can get the bolt off - if not, it's cuttin' time!!!  Either way, the 
new fuse box should last another 25 years!
