Has anybody done an install on one of these kits? Do you need to get every last bit of the old dash off the metal? Any recomendations on type/brand of contact adhesive to use? Why didn't they build the big foam block into the replacement pad? Sure seems like it would have made the fit easier/better and cleaning of the metal facia easier. Any tips are welcome!
