        British Leyland Special tuning didn't consider it unpatriotic,
they even has a part number for the 45DCOE in the special tuning manual.
I think adding a Weber to what would otherwise be a 9 to 10 point
concourse car may be a little on the "unpatriotic" side (but to each his
own), but for a daily/weekend driver that already has a number of non
factory parts (you don't consider that non Lucas coil "unpatriotic do
you"?) I don't believe we should pass judgement on anyone that is
enjoying their LBC as they see fit.
