So what does it mean that the California SB 42 was placed on the Appropriations
committee suspense list? It's waiting their action? It's suspended and
dead?
There was an analysis of the bill's impact, and it was pretty negative:

and Jaguars, most are beat-up Pintos and Pacers. Income lost in the
millions, additional tons of pollutants, increasing numbers of
