Personally I have had very good service from Moss. a recent order was
shipped, and one small item was missing, I conveyeed this to Moss via the
internet, and low and behold a few days later the missing part arrived no
charge.

And I am ashamed to ssay that it may not have been Moss who failed to ship
the part, on taking the carton to the recycle, I noticeed that the bos had
been opened by Canada customs, who may have lost the part during
inspection.

No problem from me to Moss
