I have found Moss to be more than helpful. Never have had a problem. In
fact once I needed to return a wiper blade arm because they sent the
wrong one. They asked me to send them all three arms I had so they could
match them, they returned three new "correct" arms and three one dollar
bills (the price I paid to mail them the arms). How's that for service!
