The chrome bumpered cars were built until mid 1974. Check suspension
bushings; overall condition of the car; does it look pampered or neglected;
check for any gross oil leakages; if getting a smog-legal vehicle make sure
all emission equipment is on the car; check for exhaust smoke; check for
rust-free floorboards; check for overall straightness of the car; check for
operating shocks and oil leaks on them. Just a few things to think about.
