Yes! Usually the shorter the spring the more negative camber. I use a
bubble gauge to measure camber, works well for my low tech cars.
My Midgets both have positive camber (absurd for a sports car in my
opinion), I'm planning on one inch lower springs for a little camber on
the negative side.
