Corey, It sound like you've got and alternator that is just before going out and leaving you stranded. Whether it is the diode pack, brushes or what would be hard to tell. I would suggest you remove the alt. take it to a GOOD alternator rebuild shop and have them check it out thouroughly. The few bucks they may charge would be well worth it, even if you have to replace the whole alt. good luck Rick Morrison |
