i'd say your best bet would be to have a machinist do it. i don't think
it can be done any other way. as far as i know, they have to drive them
into the body and then ream them to a really close tolerance fit to the
throttle body. i took my su's to a local machinist here in town
(albuquerque) and they did a real nice job with them. they also did a
great job rebuilding my e2se feedback carb on my chevy. just call around
to some machinists near you and ask how much they charge to re-bush a
throttle shaft. i think they charged me $20/carb.
