Thanks, Geoff. I am going to look at it again. It looks as though it has
been soldered or even welded and filed smooth. Can I still attempt to
drill it out. I can't find any schematics even showing it. I assume I am
loking at the right place....inside the frame toward the udercarriage
not toward the outside of the car.
I wil go look again.
