the price difference between the 2 wheel dolly and the autotransport is so
small that I'd recommend going with the autotransport. Save you the hassel of
disconnecting the driveshaft. Just my 2 cents.

I've trailered MGB's using the standard U-Haul tow dolly probably half a
dozen
times. There is no additional space, but the tow dolly will work.
I always unbolt the back U-joint on the drive-shaft also. I don't know if
that's
necessary on a standard shift, but it made me feel better. Any opinions on
the necessity of this last step?
