This is too much! I have read these increasingly violent proposals with great
distaste, and now must speak out. Find out who the owners are and go after
them, or worst case, call the Humane Society or the Animal Control Officer of
your town. There's enough cruelty and savagery in the world without trapping
or poisoning innocent animals who walk on your car.
