Yes. A friend of mine bought a new MGB in Salem. Oregon in 1962. He still
has the car and the original window sticker. The optional chrome wire wheels
listed at $125 extra for five. Those were the good ol' days! I might add
that there is a difference between "factory" and "dealer" options. The
factory really didn't have many options, but rather the dealers here
stateside added what they could to please the American public and their
bottom line. Radios, steering wheels, pin stripes,luggage racks,etc. are
examples of the dealer or importer options.
