Take one of those magnetic business cards with you.. the floppy kind....
check carefully for adhesion to "metal"...
Look for two body seams, one 2/3rds of the way back on the sills under
the doors, another just to the left..?....

Also check door seams - space between door and "B" post should be uniform
from top to bottom - otherwise car is sagging. If sills *look* good, I
like to ask owner to demonstrate use of the jack. If he refuses or if he
does and you see any sill movement above the jack tube, you know rust has
invaded the structural membrane and/or inner sill - regardless of
appearance. $$$.
