Glenn,
Run a hose from the PCV to intake manifold vacuum.  On a stock application, 
there is usually a large fitting on the carb base, or carb insulator, for the 
PCV hose.  The canister can simply be vented to atmosphere.  Run an overflow 
hose down to below the frame, just in case of massive fuel expansion on a hot 
day.

The advance canister on the distributor is connected to timed vacuum.  The 
warm air flapper on the air cleaner is connected to manifold vacuum.
