Use a pcv valve that matches the way you want to run your line- small block
Chevy will fit your valve cover (if Olds or Buick) with a rubber adapter, comes
straight up then turns 90` where the hose attaches. I run Rover valve covers
that are not set up for a pcv valve, I drilled & tapped one cover for a 90`
brass pipe fitting, added a hose barb & used a straight pcv valve for a small
block Ford, in line.
Just go to Auto Zone, Pep Boys, Track Auto, etc, find a pcv for a 230 cu in or
larger engine that will fit where you want it to go. Vacuum tight is not a
requirement, a slight leak is not a problem, this is a very low pressure
system.
