I was recently lent a book entitled "Car Driving as an Art" by S.C.H. Davis
first published in 1952. Very good read. Good tips on driving that period
of car. Especially enjoyable for you "Midget" drivers is chapter 11,
"Driving for Performance" . The example, naturally, is a Midget. The
descriptions of the enthusiast "genuine sports car driver" is a joy. A
recommended read and available readily from the used and out-of-print
folks, according to Google.
