There has certainly been a lot of money spent on the TF.
It seems odd to paint the tub only when it is ready for body assembly.
Paint codes and brand for the red would be critical and hopefully you
could get the balance of the paint to finish it without a shade
difference. I don't remember if the pictures showed the front fenders.
It looks like the work was subcontracted out when one professional might
have cost the same or less and done it more cohesively.
You don't know what they want for a reserve and it could still need a
bunch of money but it would make a nice car.

Subject: Totally Awesome TF
I just wanted everyone to know about a really great TF that is
available.
There is a left hand drive 1953 MG TF currently on ebay. The owner
spared
no expense in this incredible restoration on restoring the body, engine,
suspension, cooling system, and drive train.
It went through professional rebuild companies. Although the car has
not
been totally re-assembled, this is an excellent foundation to be show
room
quality and the owner must sell it.
Take a moment to see every detail in restoring this chassis, engine,
transmission, suspension, brakes, clutch system, etc.
