Hi Vinnie,
    If the parts that are covered with water are the rubber parts, and have
brake fluid or remnants of brake fluid on them, the brake fluid is
hygroscopic and water droplets will form.
    If the parts (rubber or metal ) are colder than the warm humid air, then
condensation will form on them.
    When the parts are in a sealed system with fresh brake fluid, you
shouldn't have a problem.
