This is to thank all of you for the encouragement you have given, and
especially the advice to buy the book, "TCs Forever".  The book is a life
saver, and I am now knee deep in saw dust and wood shavings.  So, perhaps
anyone of you who were hopeful that I would sell might have to wait a few
months to see if my patience or body gives out and once again I post a for
sale ad.  cheers.
