Hi Joan,
I had the pleasure of meeting you at Chris Champion's excellent MG workshop
last June, when I passed through CT. I was invited to that meet by Viv James,
another fellow TC owner. I recall your TD was at that meet as well.
Joan's TD has been pictured on the front of more than one MG magazine; with the
Octagon Club magazine earlier this year coming to mind.

Hi Peter
Have just signed up on the list. I am a woman TD owner and live in Cape Town,
South Africa. Have owned my car for 27 years. Have clocked up more than 72,000
miles - and more than half of this has been since 1993 after a major rebuild
(stripped down to last nut and bolt by myself) - wood frame replaced with help
of an 88 year-old coach builder, ash planks bought from a specialist dealer
and cut with a bandsaw bought for me by my husband as a birthday present!/body
stripped and panel beaten and sprayed after I had been on a panel-beating and
spray-painting course at a local trechnical college. We took the car to the UK
in 1996 to take part in the FIVA Rally - a great experience.
