You don't say which T. On the earlier Ts (TA - TC) the side screens need
a gentle curve bent in the frame to make contact with the windscreen.
They also need bending to ensure the doors shut without jamming front
and rear screens, and they need to slope in a bit to mate with the hood
flaps. After all that they still let in water and cold air! I would
assume TD and TF are only marginally better
