car haulers

A friend will soon be shipping his Volvo from Florida up here to
Washington, D.C.  Anyone have a recommendation for a company to do
this along the east coast/mid atlantic area?  Car doesn't run, so
needs to be on a car carrier/flatbed truck.

I believe this was discussed a while back, but I didn't need the info
at the time.
