New needle rollers are available in UK from bearing suppliers.

Dan,
I had the same situation with my PA, plus the needle rollers were rusted and
obviously not enough to fill the space. The TA/TB/TC cars used an oilite
bronze bushing in the brake pedal so that is what I installed on the PA
brake pedal. Works fine. Can't remember the bush size but it was an easily
available oilite bush from the local bearing supplier.

Guys:
Yesterday, I removed my brake pedal from it's bracket. Out fell quite a few
long rods which I assume make up the bearing. The problem is that there
isn't
enough of them and I know I didn't loose any. Are thee still available or
has
anyone fitted a bushing of some sort ??
Thanks for the help,
Dan
