Kevin,

I don't know of a source of Castrol R in the US, but that doesn't mean there
isn't one. If you just want your car's exhaust to smell nice, then do what I
do.

I add 1 fluid ounce of castor oil to each 10 gallons of fuel. You buy the
castor oil at your local pharmacy and mix an ounce in half a pint of fuel.
It doesn't dissolve too quickly, so get it into solution before you pour it
in the tank.
